IN-DEPTH RESTORATION PROCESS

Our restoration process begins with the complete disassembly of the scooter. The body frame is stripped down to bare metal, and all rubber, plastic, leather, aged aluminum trim, electrical wiring, and harnesses are removed. The frame is then thoroughly inspected for cracks, structural issues, and alignment before being sent to the body shop for repairs and adjustments. After inspection, we apply a primer coat followed by five layers of high-quality paint to restore the frame to its original beauty.

The engine is carefully cleaned using a sandblaster and inspected for cracks, stripped threads, and bearing surface tolerances. We replace the pistons, rings, carburetor, bearings, and clutch, and rebuild the gears and clutch assembly. All other aged parts, including the cylinder and cylinder head, exhaust system, rubber hoses, brake shoes, shocks, springs, seats, tires, cables, locks, and electrical components, are replaced with new, high-quality parts. This thorough restoration ensures that each scooter is brought back to life with the highest level of quality.

The majority of the restoration uses brand-new, well-known parts manufactured for Vespa and Lambretta, while the original engine and frame remain intact, preserving the scooter's authenticity.
